The room size, look, furniture and view was great. Just as I wanted. Didn’t expect 2 balconies and both facing the beach. The staff at the reception was ok. The staff at the spa was fabulous (my second favorite after the room). All the staff should be like them. Friendly, always smiling trying their best to communicate in English. The restaurant staff was ok. Barely spoke English so made a mistake with my breakfast request. The price was good value. I was the only guest on the 15th floor so I was away from all the noise. Location is 5km away from the center. Beach front
